When to contact us
Send sign-in issues, bug reports, privacy requests, account-deletion fallback requests, and reports of suspected abuse or incorrect content to info@uistio.fi.
What to include
Tell us your platform, application version, sign-in method, the time of the event and a short description of the issue. If needed, include a safe screenshot that does not show unnecessary personal data or private fishing spots.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, Firebase or App Check tokens, API keys, private keys, keystores, provisioning profiles, exact private fishing coordinates or other unnecessary personal data by email.
Account deletion and privacy requests
Read the privacy notice, use the account-deletion instructions and check the official download links. We may request identity or account-ownership verification before privacy, deletion or sign-in actions.
